Deanna Lu, ISA

Landscape Designer/Certified Arborist

​

Deanna has a deep appreciation for how landscapes can be shaped for healing and designed to create spaces that are for the people; parks that connect people, comfort people, and create spaces that cross intergenerational boundaries through inclusive design. Some of her recent projects include Redwood Playground, Betsy Head Park, and Shorefront Parkway.

Deanna is a landscape designer and certified arborist. She received a Certificate of Merit from the Chicago Botanical Garden Healthcare Design and won the NJASLA Student Honor Award in 2015. When she’s not at the office you can find her either rock climbing or identifying trees on a long hike. Her personal goal is to hike every national park in the US.
